Challenge:
KinCare has few challenges in their information technology:
- Need an expertise for introducing the SQL report as well as the knowledge of SQL
- Introduce the intranet platform
- Integrate the Cisco phone system
Solution:
In relation to challenge, here are the solution:
Deploy Reporting Services and build the SQL reports and conducting the SQL training for few IT staff as well as senior management.
Deploy and configure the intranet into their UAT and production environment.
Build an application for capturing the Cisco phone system.
